Green Farms Agronomics and Mycology, LLC is bringing farming 2.0 to NW Indiana. We are an organization with multiple goals focused on improving the food system beginning with the development of our indoor vertical farm. Our aquaponic, passive geothermal systems that will produce all-natural and affordable produce with minimal impact on the environment, are excellent examples of our commitment to better agriculture through innovation. The model indoor farm currently under construction is being built as a prototype that can be replicated in any geographic environment in order to bring healthy food to every community all year round. Green Farms also acts as a consultant to other vertical farm builders and will actively engage in data-driven sustainable agriculture research (agronomics) to enhance eco-symbiotic practices while fully optimizing technology in order to create better produce. Another operation of Green Farms is its restaurant-based gardens (RBGs) and home-based systems that can be custom built to individual design specifications and unique produce needs. Our gardens and farms, along with other eco-symbiotic and highly efficient growing methods, which we are constantly researching and experimenting with, will result in healthier and better tasting vegetables as well as higher yields and less stress on our planet.
