We have mentioned a few times that our recirculating hydroponic units are fully functional and able to produce just about any microgreen, lettuce, shoot or herb that you may want.  However, since our wheatgrass, micro-broccoli, sunflower shoots and sweet pea shoots seem to be the consistent orders, we feel the need to remind our friends of the variety of these nutritious veggies.  We are in the process of publishing our “Selections” list on the website, so that you can see the extensive list of delicious and nutritious varieties available.  Please feel free to ask about any selections you may not see listed also.  We will grow what you want in order to bring you the best tasting, most nutritious, all-natural veggie available.   It’s your garden at our farm.
